realplayer cloud won't download

I use realplayer/downloader a lot and really like it. I tried to download realplayer cloud but it never fully loads. It just hangs. Is cloud a good thing and if so how do I get it to load?

Its not firefox issue.

you can contact realplayer or download from some other website

I realize it is not a Firefox problem. I was trying to download it from the realplayer website. Since I always get excellent help here and it's the only browser I will use, I was hoping someone would know how to solve this problem.
