Adobe Flash crashes
In the past day, Adobe Flash has crashed repeatedly. When it does it freezes FF so that I can't perform any other operation. Is there any other fix other than uninstalling & installing the most recent version prior to this one?

What version of Flash are you using? Have you tried updating it?
To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.
Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins (including flash) have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.
To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.
Latest version, 11.3. I tried updating & I must have latest version because it didn't offer a Flash update.
Sorry that was Adobe Shockwave Flash 11.3. I don't know what version of Adobe Flash I'm using. I did go directy to the Adobe site & it said I'd downloaded 11.4.
But my Add ons still say I have Shockwave 11.3 So perhaps that's an entire different plugin than Flash. I don't know how to find out which version of Flash I have since I don't see it in Add Ons or Extensions.
Try to delete the pluginreg.dat file in the Firefox Profile Folder to rebuild the plugin registry.

You can set the plugin.expose_full_path pref to true on the about:config page to see the full path of plugins on the about:plugins page.

It is best not to leave that pref set to true as it exposes that full path to web servers via the navigator.plugins object, so reset that pref to false after you are done with the about:plugins page.
