No response when clicking on anything in my hotmail account, (inbox, junk, delete, or read email) but IE browser works fine.

I log on to my hotmail account. I click on any new emails, nothing happens. I select emails to delete, click delete, nothing happens. I click on my junk folder, nothing happens. If I use Internet Explorer, I can access everything as always.

Hi,

Please try a Ctrl + F5 refresh of problematic pages. If the problem persists please try Safe Mode. Safe Mode is a temporary diagnostic feature which disables the installed Extensions, themes (Appearance) and Plugins in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons.
