Unable to swich tabs and click on links or type bars
last night, i was on firefox on youtube i do beleive and it froze and said "not responding" then after a moment or so it came back and then i couldent click on some of the page. i tryed closing it down then restarting firefox. when that didnt work, i updated to the new firefox. still didnt work. so i loged off for the night and then come back today, tried clearing my cookies. didnt work. then i tried uninstalling firefox and reinstaled it. still isnt working

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
