I added SEO tool bar. Now, whenever I update a webpage the tool bar is inserted in that webpage. How do I stop it from being inserted?

I downloaded SEO Book free tools about 6 months ago. About 3 weeks ago whenever I would hit the update button on my WordPress website, an SEO toolbar would be inserted into the web page. I ended up with 5 SEO toolbars on some of the webpages before I learned how to delete the offending tool bars. I deleted the SEO Book free tools as much as I have been able to but I still get a new tool bar whenever I hit the update button on my WordPress website.
