I belong to a website www.classmates.com. Many of the functions involve their javascripts. I have javascripts enabled, but the functionality is not there. I am using firefox 5.0. When I try I collect many lines in ERROR MODULE, such as below.

Those are CSS errors - not related to Javascript.

Try the Firefox SafeMode and see if that problem goes away.
A troubleshooting mode, which disables most Add-ons.
(If you're not using it, switch to the Default Theme.)

  1. You can open the Firefox 4/5/6/7 SafeMode by holding the Shft key when you use the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
  2. Or use the Help menu item, click on Restart with Add-ons Disabled... while Firefox is running.

To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before using the Firefox shortcut (without the Shft key) to open it again.

If it is good in the Firefox SafeMode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one.

Thank you for the post. Please tell me what CSS errors mean, at least the acronym. I did try Restart with Add-ons Disabled, because I was there reading your post. Unfortunately that didn't help. When I try the reply to a classmates message, at least 25 warnings are generated. I only copied the first two. If it matters, in the lower left of the browser page, it says javascript :;

My problem was my ad blocking on the site. Prevented the site from operating correctly. Not a firefox issue at all.
