What is it you are trying to delete ? what are the 'items'

For example

• bookmarks ?
• lists in input documents ?
• downloads  ?
• emails ?

Please try to provide more information about what you are doing.

its really very simple, i have emails that i've deleted, and i want to know a way that i can clear this page quickly, without having to click on each one seperatly. is there a command i can use for this..............??

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
