Every time I try to log into Yahoo, a window drops down stating "Password required. Please enter Master Password for the security device" It does not recognize my password when I enter it in the drop down. So I went to the preferences and tried to turn off the "Use a Master Password" in the security tab, but it will not recognize my master password. I have also uninstalled firefox and tried to re-install it. I have done a diagnostic on my computer and nothing appears wrong. Just still having the problem.

See "Resetting the master password": http://kb.mozillazine.org/Master_password

If using the chrome url (chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul) doesn't work then delete key3.db and signons.sqlite and any exiting signons#.txt files from older Firefox versions in the Profile_Folder.
