After a while from startup, tabs cannot be closed, and address bar in opened tabs is greyed out and unresponsive

Version: Firefox 138.0.3 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 24.04.

When browsing, the tabs and address bar get stuck somehow. Tabs can still be closed with "close other tabs", and new tabs can be opened by following URLs, but the tab component is fully stuck. Sometimes it fixes itself, but usually it requires browser restart.
