I use ubuntu system with ppa firefox installed.

sudo apt install ubuntu-restricted-extras

My system have installed cuda, maybe it cause this error.

The OP is using Windows 11 and not a Linux distro. Anyways the main package you likely needed was FFmpeg in order to fully support HTML5 players for video, audio and games.
