I refreshed Firefox, now my logins are all gone and when I input them to sites, click on Save, nothing will save. Also my Facebook page is not missing half the stuff on the page.

How do you mean refresh? This wording is convoluted and confusing to what it actually means on O/S when someone means refresh.

If you do not know what Refresh feature in Firefox means, a simple search would have told you. ;)

There should be a folder named Old Firefox Data on your computer desktop. You can recover data from that.

Thank you for responding to me. I received 3 responses and you were the only one kind enough to offer some sort of assistance. I was working on my computer when a pop up occurred stating that my Firefox had not been "refreshed in a while and did I want to refresh?" I though wow maybe I need to do this. I did and now everything is gone and I don't know how to get it back. I do have a folder on my desktop entitled Old Firefox Data, when I click on it, there is another folder entitled 7vmn9k5u.default-esr, when I click on that one, then I have a lot of folders, plus Firefox folders with an extension (.json). Unfortunately, I am 73-years-old and this is very foreign to me. Thank you kindly for treating me with respect and attempting to help.

Sincerely,
