Previously access was denied 2 log in 2 xfinity on Firefox browser. Reply 2 post gave me a different log in . It worked. After I got email from u "Your Firefox account was used to sign in Chrome on Windows 10 Boardman, OR, United States (estimated) IP address: 52.32.111.255 Wednesday, Dec 14, 2022 2:52:14 PM (PST)". This isn't me, but I logged in at the same time. Did Firefox mistake my log in? When I attempted 2 change my password, it wanted 2change the password 4the spammer. I couldn't change MY password. I didn't use Chrome, I don't have Windows 10. I have Windows 11 and I am not near Boardman OR.

This means your email account that was used to sign in was compromised or you clicked a infected link and gave away your password login to the email address that was the login and now they have control of the account. You need to contact your email provider of the email account you used to login to get this resolved. And since this is a End User help forum no one here can change or update your password beyond the account user email to verify the password change.
