WHEN I CREATE A SHORT CUT EXAMPLE TO MY BANK "NSB" THE ICON IS FF NOT THE BANKS... THE SHORTCUT WORKS ONLY I HAVE A LOT OF FF ICONS ON MY DESKTOP AND IT MAKES HAVING A SHORT CUT TO BUSINESS ENTITIES LESS USABLE... DO U HAVE A FIX??? THANKS FOR ANY HELP...

Please refer to this article: Create a desktop shortcut to a website. If you use this method, then the icon will use the favicon from the browser. Unfortunately these are not normal icon sized, just 16×16px, but that's a limitation that cannot be fixed.
