When I am on USCIS.gov, if I click some links, I get "502 Bad Gateway" error. I then have to switch to use Chrome. I've had issues with Firefox also when trying to get help at quickbooks. I have to switch to Chrome for that as well. It's a nuisance. How do I fix it? I'd rather use Firefox but I have less problems with Chrome. However all my bookmarks and browser bar links are on Firefox which is why I would rather stay with Firefox.

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

When on that page, try clicking the link: Under "Case management tools" One of them states:

Inquire about a case outside normal processing time

That link will not open. Some of the links will open but many will not (Not necessarily all on this page)

Well, it won't work for me. Should I clear my cache or change some setting? Under settings it states: "Your stored cookies, site data, and cache are currently using 1.5 GB of disk space."
