So with the developer version I can actually get msn.com's home page to open. The links all work, but some of the pages display content while the majority of them display blank content. This is progress.
That got me to thinking about the versions, so I went to the Mozilla FTP site and downloaded and did a fresh install of version 94. I got the same results as the developer version -- the main msn.com web page opens and looks normal, but with the same situation -- links all open , but some of them display the intended content while others display a blank page without any content. Again, this is progress because the 96.0 version wouldn't even open the msn.com main page.
So, I decided to go a step further and let Firefox do the most current 96.0b5 update and the results stayed the same as the developer version. Main page opens, all links work, but some do not display content. Once again, this is progress because now I have the most recent version of Firefox and the main msn.com page is still opening, unlike the situation with 96.0. I repeated these steps with my other 2 machines with the exact same results.
A few other notes:
1) Before doing all of this, rather than just disabling my antivirus software, I decided to completely uninstall both of them in case Firefox and Bitdefender or Malwarebytes were not playing nice with each other.
2) All of the msn.com links open to content using Chrome, Safari, Edge, Brave and Internet Explorer. The problem appears to be between Firefox and MSN.com.
3) There is some interesting and consistent information at the end of links that display content versus those that do not.
