I've been using and contributing to Firefox Mozilla for many years. Suddenly it has all gone wrong and I have tried searching for help but has not been resolved. Up until recently I would click on Firefox and my home page would show up and it was Google. Suddenly that stopped and now what I have is a message that says PS

FIREFOX and no longer google. I don't want Firefox as my search engine as it sucks.

I've gone to the page that is supposed to fix this but I have not been able to do so. I see that Firefox is my home page and that there is a way to change it but it does not seem to work. I click and get nothing. When I use Firefox to search I get a message that says "That server is not responding or cannot be found.

I find this so annoying that I may have to go back to Safari which I hate. So please don't make me do that. How can I get google back as my home page.
