Firefox does not remember log in on Steam website
Hi,
I have problem with login to Steam website in Firefox browser. It never remembers to stay log in - actually, I have to go through two phase verification every time I close or open Firefox browser.
I've allowed cookies, I don't use private mode (settings "Firefox WILL remember history") and I don't use any plug-ins... but it still doesn't work.
I believe it is some problem with Firefox and its settings as I don't have that issue in any other browser...
Would anybody know or be able to give me some advice please?

Your ‘logged-in’ status is stored in special cookies. If the cookie is removed, you are logged out.
You may be in Private Browsing mode or told Firefox not to remember.
Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.
Turn off Always Use Private Browsing Mode Turn on Remember My Browsing And Download History At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on ONLY Cache and Form And Search History leaving the others off.
Macs: Make sure you install Firefox properly and that you do not run
Firefox from within the DMG (Disk Images) file.

On the log-in page, select 'Keep Me Logged In.'
You can use these steps to make a website recognize and remember you:
- create a cookie allow exception with the proper protocol (https:// or http://) to make a website remember you
You can check that you aren't clearing important cookies.
- using "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" keeps cookies with an allow exception
- using "Clear history when Firefox closes" to clear cookies clears all cookies including cookies with an allow exception you may want to keep
- clearing "Site Preferences" clears exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, and software installation and exceptions for passwords and other website specific data
- Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security

Thank you all for your answers... I've tried suggested solutions but it didn't help. I really don't know what is wrong there ... it is strange that Steam website behaves like I would be logging in from new place - so Steam guard kick in and asks me to make two-step verification. I don't know what is wrong there.
You aren't using containers ?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or userChrome.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
