finding web page
I was trying in to a website that I used all day yesterday trying to get information to file for funds due me from my husband's military account. I was in and out of the site several times yesterday and need to get another form printed out to complete my requests. For some reason, it will not pull it up again. Just says it cannot access the website and even trying again and again, I cannot get it to work. I HAVE to have these so I can begin receiving funds my husband paid in for me over the years. I am getting upset.

Hi, we could make a lot of guesses about what went wrong, but have you already tried accessing the site in Microsoft Edge, the browser that comes with Windows 10, to see whether you can access the site there? That might help in tracking down whether this is a problem specific to Firefox, or could be something else on your computer, your network connection, etc.
Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?
If you use a bookmark to access a specific page then instead navigate to this page starting with the main page or with the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark.
