For some time now i have this problem where sometimes the Player on Youtube does not work properly and covers my reccomendations. I cannot click on them only if i move the mouse into a certain position it is possible. Also if the video is shown as in the screenshot, you cannot go into fullscreen either, the frame stays the same and everything else is black. In this case the buttons do not work anymore and i can only close it with pressing the ESC Button.

What I tried so far: - Installed the latest update of Firefox - Tried Firefox Safe Mode (same problem) - I deleted my browser history (same problem)

It seems to happen when i open up a new Youtube Tab. Using the same window and just click on the next videos works normally.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Did this help?

While you are in safe mode;

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.
