I have installed Last Pass password manager software which generates random passwords. I want to use this for my sign in for Firefox and cannot seem to do it. How can it be done?

Chosen solution

Is this about the Firefox master password or about the password for the Firefox Account used for Sync?

WebExtensions do not work on Mozilla websites, so if you use LastPass as an extension then this won't work and you would have to use the Firefox Password Manager for such websites.
