Firefox was accidentally deleted how can I restore it
A different person used the computer to look up maps. The program said to use a different browser. She did that. It went in the bucket from there.

A different person looking up maps can't delete it. Did you "restore" from the recycle trashcan option. Did you let that person use the Standard or Admin account? If you let them use the Admin account then if they did something you should ask them what they did. Otherwise let this be a learning lesson never let anyone use Admin account to install or do anything. Always password protect the Admin Account regardless.

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is the exact error messages?
This comes up when i click on firefox logo:
File not found
Firefox can’t find the file at jar:file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/Mozilla Firefox/browser/omni.ja!/chrome/en-US/locale/branding/browserconfig.properties.
Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors. Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

Hi kepler53, According to the data attached to your original question, you posted your question using Firefox. Did you post your question using someone elses computer?
This is usually a problem with the homepage setting. You can try to set the homepage manually and drag a tab to the toolbar Home icon or go to "Options/Preferences -> Home".
You can also check this pref on the about:config page and reset it to the Firefox Home page.
- browser.startup.homepage = about:home
