Using FF 63.0.3 US English version on a Windows 10 Pro 64bit, the View character encoding is disabled on all webpages. I am sure that the pages are UTF-8, but would like to see it for myself. This is particularly needed when working on Wikipedia, and would help me to track down an encoding problem.
