I am clicking on links in my gmail mailbox for credits when all of a suddon all my links dissapear and go to another browser. I then have to go to that browser to click the links for my credits. This only happens about every third time i click for credits.

Chosen solution

Is that about files that initiate an open with download action?

Try to rename/remove handlers.json and delete mimeTypes.rdf if present in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed to reset all file actions.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.

That would depend on your O/S that set the default Browser. For that you need to go to Windows settings to find out what the default Browser is. And also go to firefox and look at your settings to see if it was set as Default or not.
