On my JotForm screen, I entered all the fields and put in a bogus credit card number. Hit "submit" and get the error message (correctly!!) with a "go back to correct" link. When I click the link, it takes me back to my form, but ALL THE DATA HAS BEEN ERASED!

Is there a waY to prevent this from happening? To keep the entered data intact when returning to correct an error?

>>> JotForm support responded: "Unfortunately, it depend on the browser functionality, so we cannot control it. The data will be saved in Chrome, Safari and Opera, but erased in Firefox and Internet Explorer."

Is there some setting in FireFox to address this issue? thanks

If you were to use the back key, the entered information might still be there. But that's it.

You can always try using a form filling add-on.

Thanks. I tried using the back key, but the data was still erased.
