I am desperate. I can't do my banking or find any of my sites. RoboForm keeps all of my sites organized with all of my passwords. I've been using it for over six years. In this new version, I can't find any of that. The RoboForm toolbar is no longer visible, I can't find my websites and can't log in. HELP! I'm desperate here. How do I go back to how things were before this upgrade? You have totally messed up my life here. What were you thinking? If you knew that your upgrade would kill all my bookmarks and passwords, don't you think you should have let me know? Now that you did do this, shouldn't you make it easy and simple for me to go back to the way things were? Please help me! I am getting desperate here. Steve

This the best way to uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles

Going back : unfortunately 56.0.2 is no longer safe to use for every day use, but 52.5.0 ESR is! It will continue to get security updates until May 2018, and you can download and install it from this page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/all/ Note : Legacy Extensions will be deleted or removed in any version update after May 2018.

With luck you will open Firefox and find everything working again.
