Ever since I upgraded to Windows10, Firefox crashes. I am able to use it for awhile, then it just stops. This happens every day. I uninstalled then reinstalled, but that did not help. I've tried all fixes I could find. Firefox ran perfectly prior to installing Windows10. I am guessing it is a compatibility issue. I need a fix for this issue. Firefox is my preferred browser and the crashes make it difficult to use. Thank you.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Note: Edge on Win10 does not use ActiveX version but its own Flash.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Try to start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key to see if that helps.
