Hi, the amount of mechanical pressure needed to operate the keys, is set during the manufacture of the keyboard, so the only option there would be to try a different one.

Windows does come with an On Screen Keyboard, which will allow you to type - albeit slowly, using the mouse. Typing 'On Screen Keyboard' into the PC's search box should find it.
