hi, mozilla doesn't provide support for its products via phone.

if you think that your password was hacked though, please contact the support of those sites where you are holding an account directly...

you can reset your firefox account password through https://accounts.firefox.com/reset_password if you are still in control of your email address. please note that this will wipe all data stored on the firefox sync servers though and you will no longer be able to retrieve it afterwards, in case it was your only backup!
