What happened to my account and saved articles?
As of November 12, 2025, user data export has been disabled, and all user data has been queued for permanent deletion.
How were refunds handled for Pocket Premium Subscriptions?
Pocket Premium refunds were completed on July 8, 2025. We arranged refunds to your original payment method based on your subscription type.
What happened to the Pocket browser extensions and app?
The Pocket app and extensions are no longer available. If you had either of these installed, you will need to delete them manually.
What about the Pocket API?
The Pocket API was disabled on November 12, 2025, concurrent with the end of the user export window and the beginning of data deletion.
What about the Pocket apps?
The web and mobile Pocket applications are no longer available. If you previously installed the Android or iOS apps on your device, they no longer can communicate with Pocket’s servers, and users should delete the apps to prevent future confusion. Any continued use beyond July 8, 2025 is not supported by Pocket or Mozilla.
