Firefox Support for Organizations

Firefox for Enterprise Firefox for Enterprise Created: 2 days,14 hours ago

As of Friday, November 7, 2025, we're opening early access to Firefox Support for Organizations, a new program that begins operation in January 2026. Support for Organizations is a dedicated enterprise-level offering for organizations who need private issue triage and escalation, defined response times, custom development options, and close collaboration with Mozilla's engineering and product teams.

Why choose Support for Organizations

Dedicated, private communication: Access a private support portal to report issues that may contain sensitive information. Issues are triaged by a team of support engineers, ensuring stability and peace of mind that investigations are handled by experts in a timely manner.

Discounts on Custom Development: Paid support customers get discounts on custom development work for integration projects, compatibility testing, or environment-specific needs. With custom development as a paid add-on to support plans, Firefox can adapt with your infrastructure and third-party updates.

Strategic collaboration: Gain early insight into Firefox development and help shape our enterprise roadmap through regular engagement with the team.

What changes for existing Firefox deployments?

Open and accessible: Firefox Support for Organizations is entirely additive to Mozilla's existing open software and support model, which means continued access for all users to public documentation, knowledge base, forum, and mailing lists. Support Plans add optional dedicated and confidential channels for organizations that rely on Firefox and Firefox ESR at scale for enterprise purposes.
