When I try to access my web mail from within My Telstra account all I get is three pulsating dots. I can access my web mail from inside My Telstra account when I use Edge. This has happened to me on two occasions in the past in 2017 and 2019. The 2019 was solved by re installing a fresh download of Firefox, This cure does not work this time. Searching for Telstra.com using Bing shows this result:-

"Login - My Account - Telstra www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home

The version of the browser you are using looks outdated or not supported; this means that Telstra My Account may not display correctly and some features may be unavailable to you."

I am using the latest up to date Firefox. Can any one confirm and/or correct The result above ??
