I have facing following issue please solve with government websites the error is, what to do please reply my work is stopped due to error

I am unable to connect with https://www.stpaulsmaumee.org/ using Firefox or other browsers. This has been an intermittent problem for about 6 weeks. Starting this week the problem seems to exist for all browsers. No other websites seem to be affected.

Since I downloaded a Firefox security update yesterday, I no longer can receive a newspaper and click on the read today's issue in my email. Today, I went to a library to sign in and was told it wasn't safe. Firefox refused my access. I have used that library site for 15 years and never had a problem. I have tried to manage various parts in Secuity and Privacy but nothing works. What is going on with this extreme security and how do I change it or do I move to another browser that has flexibilty.
