How do I disable the pop-up blocker?

On Internet Explorer I simply went to tools and was able to disable the pop-up blocker. I don't know where to go in Firefox to do the same here. Just tell me where the pop-up blocker is located so that I can disable it.

Go to TOOLS then OPTIONS then CONTENT and then untick the BLOCK POP-UP WINDOWS. Do not forget to click OK to save changes. Tell us if this work for you. Thank you.
