cannot cancel individual pages in firefox5-pages build up & then told I have to cancel all the tabs-lose work I was doing

find a page then press X to leave it-no response. Go to another page-clickX- no response but told I must close 2 tabs to get out of problem & so lose page I wish to keep and have to start all over again

go to Help Menu -> select "Restart with Add-ons Disabled"

Firefox will close then it will open up with just basic Firefox. You can enable the Add-ons later. Check and tell if its working.

Thank you-problem seems to be solved. Another one has arisen in Mozilla firefox- need buttons added in toolbar-can go to customize &drag icons into toolbar but when leave page, icons disappear. No help in any firefox pages

Add buttons in toolbar by going to customize & drag icons into toolbar -> click Done.

Before leaving the page, again go to Help Menu -> select "Restart with Add-ons Disabled"

Firefox will close then it will open up with just basic Firefox. You can enable the Add-ons later. Check and tell if its working.
