429 can not get mozilla or firefox help

i can get Mozilla and or Firefox support in Chrome and edge but not with Firefox i have even made a different profile and i still can not get it. Why does it work on every other browser but not the one it should i get to the support page nd as soon as i hit ask a question this is what i get Looks like there’s a problem with this site
