The font cannot be used when creating a message "arial narrow" Is there any way to install and use it? The font works in office applications, but thunderbird does not have it. How to restore and use it ??

Thunderbird, as an email client, is more focused on the message contents, unlike a word processor which may also be concerned with the style of the content. So, no, adding other fonts is not an option. There was once an external editor option, but no longer.
