Greetings and sorry for being a nuance but as an 78yr old computer dummy/iliterate I am hoping that there are some of you out there that can help For some time now I have been getting the following message and it is starting to wear a bit thin

If that does not help, please start *Windows'* in safe mode with networking enabled - win7 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17419/windows-7-advanced-startup-options-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7

  • Still in Windows safe mode, start Thunderbird in Troubleshoot mode
