I might have accidentaly reset my firefox browser and since I wasn't logged in I kind of lost all my bookmarks and saved logins. Luckly I found some backup files, seemingly with all the information I need, but it's in the wrong format and I have no clue how to import them to firefox. The screenshot I have is of the files I managed to dig up.

I solved this by simply taking the important files from the old, default Firefox profile folder and I replaced the corresponding file from the current folder with the old one. Thanks a lot for the links!

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.
