how do I stop this window from popping up on the bottom of my screen

Sometimes it just flashes off and on. Sometimes, when I start to touch my keyboard searching for the right keys, it starts flashing at the bottom of my screen. Sometimes when I hit "escape" button it stops, but as soon as I start touching my key board it starts again. It's not an ad. It is some kind of page tester.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
