how do I delete a music mp3 file

I have connected the phone to my computer and removed the file from the SD card,however the file remains in the music player app and still plays. I have downloaded a basic file explorer/viewer app from the marketplace and it shows the file to be stored in the recycled folder,but there is no way to remove it that I can find. Is this something that still needs to be addressed in the software,or have I missed something? Thanks for your help.

Hello,

Welcome to Mozilla Support. After reviewing the issue you are having, I suggest you do a reboot of the device.

  1. Hold down the power button
  2. Select Reboot

Hi,Thanks for the reply. I have already tried that several times but the file still remains in the recycled folder and the music player app.
