First, you are running a bunch of EXTREMELY old, out of date and unsupported software. Your steps should be the following:

  1. Update Firefox to 17.0.1. Update Firefox to the latest release
  2. Update your plugins. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

Then test again.
