Archos 101 tablet listed ok "You do not have any devices"?

I was delighted to learn that you now support this tablet but the Archos Market & Android Market insist "You have no devices" I am able to use Spotify & wish to sync' the tablet with my PC. Hope this is intelligible. Can u help please? (12 year Firefox user)
