Cannot go back a page when browsing, can only go forward.
Today FF updated to 8.0, and suddenly the browser would no longer go back a page, no matter how many times I press the "left" button, or even if I right click on it and try to go back to ANY page. It appears like it tries to do it, flashing the page a few times, but then remains on the page I was last at.
Unfortunately, this problem occurred in the same time frame that some Windows updates were taking place, so I figured I'd first try to go back to FF7. This did not fix the issue. I uninstalled FF7 altogether, and reinstalled, leaving personal data on the HDD. This did not fix the issue. So I again uninstalled, and removed all personal data as well and reinstalled. I even went through the freaking registry to find any Mozilla leftovers, just in case. No addons of any kind running, assuming a completely clean install, this did not fix the issue either.
So I did a System Restore on this computer, going back about 16 hours to a previous restore point. This did not fix the issue. I've done several virus scans and can find no infection. I'm at a complete loss. I cannot figure out why suddenly I can no longer go back in browsing on FF, in any tab. Only forward.
Any suggestions would be definitely appreciated, thanks in advance!!

It must be some Murphy's Law thing, because as soon as I posted this issue, it solved itself. I no longer have any problems going back to previous pages anymore. I don't have any idea why it happened in the first place, so I hope it stays that way. I love FF, and don't want to have to find a replacement! =)
