Toobar additional icons are garbled
When trying to customise the toolbar, the icons for reload; cut; paste; etc are duplicated three times in a mass.

That can be caused by a theme or extensions that aren't completely compatible with each other.

Attached is a screen print. I have not used any different addons or plugins.
Well thank goodness for all the help available from Mozilla. The problem was solved by eliminating all plugins and extensions and then working forwards one by one. Tiresome but rewarding !
