Sometimes when I close Firefox, disconnect internet connection then later in the day reconnect and try to reopen Firefox it tells me that Firefox is running and I need to close it or restart my system. Why?
This does not happen every time. It also appears that if I use the File drop down menu and click on exit, instead of clicking on the "x" it does not happen.
