Hi Loredana,

If you have forgotten the password for your Mozilla account, you can reset it by selecting “Forgot password?” on the Mozilla account sign-in page and following the instructions sent to your email address.

If you are still able to access the account but are having trouble changing or resetting the password, please tell us what happens when you try and include any error message you see.
