You don't need to use capital letters :)

Try the Windows [Restart] not [Power off ] or [Shut down] the later two keep Windows settings

You haven't said what you have done?

Did you [Restart] Check computer resources, including checking RAM is working How long is it open before crash?

Can you visit any site and for how long?

Are some site working fine etc.
