Add-ons are not allowed in Firefox on iOS due to Apple App Store policies, you can find more information about this in Add-ons in Firefox for iOS

Also Firefox for iOS/iPadOS is basically a shell on the webkit browser engine and not using Gecko like the Firefox for Android and desktop are.
