every email is being archived and I don't want any incoming out outgoing archive. I have no reason to archive thousands of emails forever. I manage them my self. How can I disable that feature?

Go to Account Settings > account name > Copies & Folders > Message Archives and delete the check-mark before "Keep message archives in"
