When I Try to send a message via my Internet provider, SFR, I receive the windows :

SFR, don't give aid for this problem, and ask to address to Thunderbird.

The IP address brings up a webpage with information explicitly for your problem. Often there is a 'more' link on the page for specific guidance from your email provider They are abdicating their responsibility here. Thunderbird is only the messenger, presenting that message to you. However, if you post back the complete URL, including the IP numbers, someone here may be able to read the page and see what it says. Thank you.
